The Wonder Workshop is a hands-on creative experience for young artists (ages 8–13) to explore the fundamentals of visual art while discovering inspiring artists and movements from art history. Through age-appropriate projects in drawing, painting, collage, sculpture, and mixed media, students build strong artistic foundations that bridge the gap between conceptual understanding and practical application—skills often missing from traditional art curricula.
Workshops occur on a by-appointment basis. Each two-hour session introduces artists from different time periods and cultures, encouraging students to see the world through an artist’s perspective—and then respond with their own unique creations. By connecting art-making with art history, children develop technical skills, curiosity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of visual storytelling.
